Ordering parts just got easier. RCW USA is proud to introduce the new RCW USA Storefront, a faster and more convenient way to place your orders for Astoria, Wega, Barista Attitude, Macap, and HLF parts. No more static forms—now you can search, order, and check out directly online,

What’s Changing

The old order form is being replaced with a storefront that allows you to:

• Search for parts and place orders directly online

• Check out quickly using your member login

  
  

Access Details

• Existing Customers: Click the Login button on the storefront, then select Sign Up to request your account. Once approved, you’ll be ready to shop.

• Recently Approved New Customers: You’ll automatically receive a sign-up email with account details—no action needed.

• Prefer the old methods? PDF purchase orders are still fully supported, and the original online form remains available during this transition (it will be phased out at a later date).

  
  

Website Access

The storefront is hosted on AstoriaUSAParts.com. If you usually order through WegaUSAParts.com, the Order link will now redirect you to the storefront. WegaUSAParts.com will continue hosting documentation and resources—only the ordering function has moved.

Important Notes Before Ordering

• First-time buyers must complete the RCW Partner Application and Credit Card Authorization Form before an account can be set up.

• A 7% tariff surcharge applies to all parts orders effective May 1, 2025.

• Minimum order value is $50 (orders under $50 incur a $10 processing fee).

• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice; some items may be shown for reference only.

• Prices reflect retail rates. Final costs, including shipping, are calculated when the order is processed. If you’d like to confirm costs before shipping, simply note this at checkout.

  
  

How to Order in 4 Steps

1. Find your part for the machine you're looking for.

2. Log in to the storefront.

3. Search for your part.

4. Add to cart and check out.

   
   

For those who prefer it, PDF orders will be accepted, but please note that the legacy (old form) will be retired in the near future.
