Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in cases of incorrect shipment by RCW USA, Inc. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize RCW USA, Inc. to charge your payment method upon order processing. A sales invoice reflecting the final total, including tariffs, surcharges, shipping, and fees, will be provided after payment has been completed.

If you would like to review your final invoice before your card is charged, please select the option in the Delivery Details section at checkout.

A 7% tariff surcharge applies to all parts orders. A $10 processing fee applies to orders under $50 (inclusive of discounts).

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are placeholders only and do not represent free shipping. RCW USA, Inc. arranges shipments through UPS, with final costs determined after packaging based on actual weight, dimensions, and UPS rates. These charges are billed to the customer and included in the final invoice.

Kindly note: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Any additional charges assessed by UPS or another carrier due to incorrect addresses/zip code, missing suite/floor numbers or delivery exceptions will be charged back to the customer with no exceptions.

For UPS shipments (including prepaid labels or customer UPS account numbers), RCW USA, Inc. will prepare and release the package to UPS. No scheduling is required by the customer.

For shipments using a non-UPS carrier, the customer is responsible for providing a prepaid label and scheduling the pickup directly with that carrier. RCW USA, Inc. will prepare the package and provide dimensions but does not arrange collection for third-party carriers.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final, except in the event of incorrect shipment by RCW USA, Inc.
If a parts order has already been charged, processed, and dispatched, it may be canceled only by requesting a re-route of the shipment back to our warehouse. All shipping costs and carrier fees related to re-routing, address changes, or returns will be charged to the customer and are non-refundable.
For equipment orders, once it has left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
