Our team at RCW USA Inc. supports service networks so equipment in the field stays compliant, reliable, and performing to factory standards. This site serves as the official U.S. hub for Wega parts documentation and supports.

How to order

  1. Locate the exploded view of the model you’re looking for.

  2. Use the Order Form link — it will redirect you to the Astoria storefront.

  3. On the Astoria storefront, search for your part using the search bar. Retail pricing is displayed (except filtration).

  4. Partner Application must be submitted for login access.

  5. Submit your order with the item code(s) and quantity.

  6. Our team will confirm availability and payment via email.

Eligibility and policy

• Orders submitted by end users may be canceled
• All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are permitted only if RCW USA has made a mis-shipment.
• By ordering, you confirm that purchases are for resale, distribution, or professional service use.

Who is Wega

Wega designs and builds professional espresso machines with Italian engineering, combining performance with durability for the commercial coffee industry. Wega’s U.S. operations have been supported by General Espresso Equipment. In 2022, Ryoma Holdings acquired General Espresso and transitioned operations to RCW USA Inc. (Ryoma Coffee World USA).

Wega USA is managed by RCW USA Inc. and supported by Ryoma Holdings. Manufacturing continues at CMA in Italy, while RCW USA manages Wega USA’s U.S. parts documentation and customer support.

Do you sell or provide technical support to end users?

We only sell to distributors, service companies, and qualified roasters at this time. We can connect you with a local partner if technical assistance is needed — visit the Connect with Distributor/Partner page found on the main menu.

How do I become a trade customer?

Fill out the RCW USA, Inc. Partner Application form found in the main menu. Our team will set up your account and follow up via email once reviewed.

How fast do you ship?

Lead times vary based on product availability and order requirements. Orders are processed once all details are confirmed, and shipments are released as stock and documentation allow. If an order requires additional assistance, processing and shipping may take longer.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. For Canadian shipments, buyers must provide a UPS account number and customs broker information at the time of ordering. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. RCW USA does not clear packages or assist with customs brokerage.

How do I get technical help?

We provide technical guidance to our network of partners. If your company already does business with us, please use the Submit Support Ticket page in the main menu.
