Warranty Exceptions

The following are not covered:

  • Damage from:

    • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect

    • Lack of cleaning/maintenance (see Installation Guide)

Shipping Damage

If shipping damage occurs, RCW USA will coordinate with the purchaser to arrange repair or replacement if the item is deemed a total loss.

  • Damage must be reported to RCW USA (sales@rcwusa.us) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All claims must include clear photos of the damage and original packaging.

  • Carriers such as UPS and LTL freight providers impose strict claim deadlines. The longer the delay in reporting, the less likely a claim will be honored.

  • Failure to report damage promptly may prevent RCW USA from assisting with reimbursement or replacement, as claims outside carrier timeframes are typically denied.
