Introducing Our New Quick Quote Builder - Updated

We're excited to share that our Quick Quote Builder has evolved into a full-featured Order Builder, designed to give our partners even more flexibility when planning and placing orders.

Whether you're pricing out replacement parts or stocking up on BWT filtration products, the Order Builder lets you do it all from one place — estimate pricing, build quotes, and even add items directly to your cart when you're ready to buy.

What's New

The Order Builder now features two dedicated tabs to serve different product lines. Enter item codes and quantities, and pricing populates automatically based on current product information. A 7% tariff surcharge is applied after your discount on parts orders. You can also import item codes in bulk by uploading an Excel file, making it easy to build large quotes quickly.

The BWT Water Filtration tab is built specifically for filtration products. It includes a quick-add product selector so you can browse and add filtration items without needing to look up codes. There's also a link to the full BWT Filtration guide if you're not sure which filter to choose. The tariff surcharge does not apply to filtration products.

Both tabs include a discount field where you can enter your applicable percentage, an order summary showing subtotal, discount, and total, and the ability to add or remove rows as needed.

More Than Just a Quote

Beyond estimating pricing, you can now take action directly from the builder. Export your quote to Excel for your records, download it as a PDF to share with your team, or add items straight to your cart when you're ready to place an order.

What to Keep in Mind

The Order Builder is still a planning and estimation tool at its core. All pricing shown is for estimation purposes only and does not include shipping. Pricing is subject to change at RCW USA's discretion. Final pricing will be confirmed on the invoice once the order is ready to ship. Customers may also select the "Receive final costs before shipping" option to review final charges before any payment is processed.

If pricing returns as $0.00 for any item, please confirm via orders@rcwusa.us. For questions about your parts discount, reach out to sales@rcwusa.us. BWT filtration discounts may differ from parts discounts — contact the sales team if you're unsure.

A Note About Discounts at Checkout

When placing an order through our website, discounts will not be visible during the checkout process. Rest assured, any applicable discount will be automatically applied by our processing team during order review. This ensures accuracy and consistency across all orders.

Where to Find It

The Order Builder is available from the footer and the Quick Access section on the home page. You must be logged in to access it.
